I have had constant pre - menstural pain for longer than expected. I have experienced all the signs for about a week now and no period has come yet, lower back pain, pains in the thighs and even stomach cramps what should I do and what does this mean? I am definatley not pregnant by the way.

The length of time you experience premenstrual symptoms can vary greatly, as the hormones in your body are fluctuating all the time. A week is not an abnormal amount of time to have such symptoms. It may mean that you are going to have a heavier period than normal.

If you have just come off off birth control pills, this is something that happens very commonly, but it's not uncommon among women who haven't been on birth control pills, too.

Try taking Evening Primrose oil - it helps with menstural imbalance

how sure are you that your not pregnant what you dont have sex.... theres always a chance when you have sex even if you use condoms or birth control
