Check out the immigration requirements first. Then search for companies that are hiring either from the "overseas career section in the papers, or of course the internet, apply to them in whatever way they specify, then follow-up with a letter. Make sure you get hold of a "name" rather than addressing it to "the human resource manager". Also I would suggest you go out there as a visitor and check out the place. A good opportunity to scout the job market.. in your "professional area". There are accounting firms, asset management companies, tourism. Good luck.

there is an excellent resource book called 'the Canadian Guide to Working and Living Overseas' by Jean-Marc Hachey published by Intercultural Sytstems and distributed by University of Toronto Press that is worth your time to check out. You'll be brimming with ideas after perusing these pages

Bardabos is big in funds administration. So if u r willing to wait for a year then i'll say get experience in funds and then apply for jobs there. By the way it's a troubled area, most people prefer cayman or bermuda instead.
