Depends on what kind of parts you need. Ford will have most of them because they support their own for 10 years.
Any good auto parts store will have the rest of them probably for the next ten years. Plus, the parts have a better than new warranty.
Any recent acquisitions at the local salvage yard will have as many or more miles on it than yours which makes a iffy situation for parts. Not saying there aren't good parts to be had from recyclers, you have to be more careful with your purchase.
