I saw a shop selling Dolce and Gabbana jeans and hoodie. I was surprised to see that they were very cheap (around 90% of the retail price). But to my dismay they are made in Turkey!(it's written on a piece of paper and glued on the "original" tag).By the way i couldnt find the hologram sticker nowhere. Are the clothes fake or do I have OCD for buying original Italian clothes?

was it D&G or Dolce and Gabbana. if it was D& G its very likely its authentic..if dolce and gabbana probably not authentic.

No, Dolce & Gabbana are made in Italy, for the precision in Milan and Hinterland
I can assure to you that also to buy in Italy a D&G clothes is very exprensive!!!
An d they have a lot of cards, tags and warranty, holograms etc. etc. believe me, from turkey are fake....

You'd been taken to the cleaners buying clothes DOLCE AND GABBANA other then Italy are made in Taiwan and China some are made in Korea, Materials are cheaper!

Well first off, when was the last time that you brought something in the US and it was actually made in the US… very rare!.. The hologram usually does mean that’s its authentic but then again, I have seen even fake ones with the hologram inside. It’s always a “buyer beware” world out there especially when it comes to big designer names… I used to pay big big bucks for name brand goods.. now I just go by.. “If it looks real it is real”… good luck

Dolce and Gabbana are based in Milan, Italy. I haven't found any reference to a plant in Turkey, so they are probably ripoffs. Illegal to make, but not illegal to buy, just a problem with appearances.

Turkey is biggest textile manufacterer in the world so then all big brands have factory in Turkey or cooperation with Turkish manufacturer also D&G, Armani etc
