Does it do any good to contact the Better Business Bureau? Or am I just wasting my time?

I think the Better Business Bureau will contact them eventually to investigate further. If they find that your complaint is legit, then they will report it on their website. I always go to the Better Business Bureau's website if I have a question about a company to see if there has been any complaints in the past. So, you will be doing a public service to others by warning them.

Yes it would be good for you to contact the Better Business Bureau, just so they can get your opinions on it all, they might not do much then, but if it continues then they will recognize it

Try griping to PC World magazine, I know on every issue they do help one reader with problems related to bad service.
This is another alternative to BBB.

The BBB is a waste of time...these companies pay to be recognized by the BBB, if you payed with your credit card call your credit card company and reverse the charges, C.C. companies love their customers and will many times reverse the charges...if you have a legitimate problem...
