I love the repeat business.
If he hired me I would have gotten him off.

I am usually opposed to the death penalty because it is mostly an expression of rage, and hopelessness on the part of society as a whole.
Dont you think life in prison is harsher than the death penalty if you think about it?If he dies,he ceases to suffer. If he stays locked up for the rest of his life,he experiences that.I believe that it could be a "fate worse than death" scenario.
I appreciate your underlying concern for the victim. The bottom line is that permanent incarsiration puts losers like that through MORE than capital punishment, and giving the government the right to murder its own citizens is a mistake that historically can never be repeated again.

The death penalty is wrong, because courts, and juries are not perfect. Oops... sorry we killed you! When - not if - when the first proven case of an executed innocent person is found, there is going to be a backlash that will extend to the supreme court.

I am against the death penalty because I don`t want him getting a needle and quietly peacefully dieing the same way I would mercifully put to sleep my pet. Where is Sharia law when you need it.

Well the punishment fits the crime. You take a life then you get yours taken, thats what I think. Unless, unless its under extreme circumstances like self defense or protecting you kids or something.

I can't imagine a reason why he shouldn't be executed. He committed a heinous crime, and now its time for him to pay for it. A more painful death would probably be more fitting though. He is why we need the electric chair again...

My problem is that I will not have a frontrow seat and the right to mock him as he checks out. I would pay 50 grand to push the plunger on him and just as he dies, spit in his face.
