use picasa2 its by google... its free..
open the photo in it, and click export and reduce the image size..

Try Image Resizer from Microsoft...
1. Click here to download http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe
2. Once downloaded, install the program.
3. After installation, right click on the picture you want to resize
4. You should see a pop up menu, choose Resize Pictures
5. Use custom to resize to your preference.
Note: Converting a file to jpeg reduces its file size. If your file is bitmap, then you may want to convert to this format by using Paint (or another Photo Editor)

Myspace should have a program that you can use right then and there. I think it's called Irfanview, or something along those lines. It's crappy software, but it does the job for free.

Open the picture, do file, save as, and change the size.

use ifranview.....myspace also tells u to download it..i think many ppl know and will give the same answer..
