I have 13 brothers & sisters...when a co-worker found out he asked, "Didn't your parents have a tv?

We were in Boston, and we met some people from the west coast. We're from Kansas, so we expect some curious questions. On this trip those questions were:
1) Do you have indoor plumbing?
2) Have you ever seen a tornado (a legit question)?
3) Do you have modern day cars?
4) Do you really have to stop for buffalo? Are there "Buffalo crossing" signs like "deer crossing" signs?
5) What's an outhouse like?

the different day my mom texted me to bypass into her room, and that i requested her why, she stated at hand her this pop, so I went into her room and there turned right into a can of dad on a stool like 3 ft faraway from her! She needed me to get that pop for her! i began cracking up!

I have a twin sister. Someone asked my sister and me one day "Which one is the smart twin?" Not only was the question dumb, but I got pissed off. He made it very clear that there was supposed to be a smart twin and a dumb twin. I really wanted to slap him, but I kept my comments to myself and went on with my day.

This question wasn't asked to ME, but when I was 20 and i introduced my sister (she was 18) to my then-boyfriend for the first time, the first thig she asked him was, "Do you have any warts on your feet?"
That was pretty weird.

When I worked at this psychiatric hospital, the pharmacist asked me if me and my husband wanted to swing with him and his wife. I had never been asked that before and I hope no one asks me again! EW!
