has this ever happened to any of you? i have a grand am 05 se. ive recently noticed that when i have the heat or air on sometimes when i drive faster, i hear a noise, sounds like the air/heat kicks in more. then when i slow down, the opposite happens. sorry i cant describe it well. something doesnt seem right. thanks for helping.

when you are driving the generator is turning faster and putting out more voltage. the higher voltage will make the blower motor run a little faster. when you stop the generator is turning slower and putting out less voltage and the blower motor will run a bit slower. this is normal. if your battery light comes on while the engine is runnung, have the charging system check by a reputable service facility.

faster you drive the more the outside air is forced through the cooling unit same with the heat. nothing to worry about.
