I'm looking to get a motorcycle but I'm torn between a BMW and a Harley. I was talking to a girl last night who said guys that ride BMWs have small ***** and guy's that ride Harleys are badass. But then I was asking a few other dudes about this, and they said Harleys are for gay men only. Is that why Harley dudes wear all that leather? Chaps and fringe and whatnot? I mean, I've never really been into men, but it's not out of the question. I like to have my tailpipe fondled from time to time, if you know what I mean. Maybe I should go for the Harley? What should I do? Buy the small dick bike or the gay man's bike?

Check me out. Do I look gay? I own a Harley, and I wear the chaps and frilly leather, just like the guys at gay bars do, but I know that I wouldn't want to have gay sex.. well at least not for an extended period of time. It is a know fact, however, that the Harley is the preferred ride among gay men. Having a low quality, underpowered bike is a small price to pay compared to the image return you get on the investment.

Do you want to look cool or ride alot? The Harley gives you the cooler look but the BMW is a way better bike that will last you a life time and it's alot more comfortable.Prices are close so it's just what you want to buy.(you're the one paying for it)Ride safe,ride what you want but ride!!!

You need to grow a set of you know whats. Stop listening to other people who are espousing nothing but brand loyalty. Listen to those who can give you an informed, unbiased opinion.
You know, the kind with actual details outside of the genitalia of the riders.
Not having a wee-wee, I'm free to ride whatever I want!
And btw Btrix - I AM a midwestern girl, and you are not far off the mark! There's a good amount of that mentality around here - I'm in Milwaukee. Sadly though, redneckism is everywhere....it just takes slightly different forms! I'm proud to say I didn't know what a dually (sp?) was until a couple of years ago.

Okay...first of all the bike that you ride on doesn't determine whether you like men or have a small dick. Now that that's out of the way we can focus on the bikes. It all depends on how they feel on you. Have you test ridden both bikes? If you have, and if you like both of them, then judge them on performance. Personally, I think that Harley's are heavy and a waste of metal. I think that a Harley has a very small center of gravity and in turn is hard to handle. Not only that, but they haven't progressed much over the years. Some of them are still kick starters.
As for the BMW, well, they are very sophisticated machines. It'll be hard for you to do any work on it if you're an amature mechanic. Besides that I don't see any problems besides that fact that having work done on them is idiotically expensive. So, in my opinion, go for the BMW. It's a smarter decision.

maximum LE have endured to apply harley because they get sweat heart deals from harley to finish that. lots of the others are spot on. technologically speaking harley is a knuckle dragging caveman compared to the BMW. Reliability, agility, performace are all on the aspect of the BMW.

It really depends on what kind of riding you do.
By your answer, it appears that you are far more concerned about what other people think of you than the actual motorcycle. If you're really that concerned about image, by all means get the Harley.

Girls like guys in nice cars, like a BMW. Shows you have good tast. The bike will be alright but you cant take it everywhere you go, espeially if your going somewhere nice and fancy.

Girls are so stupid! Where do you live - Nebraska or something? That sounds like something a mid-western girl would say. A girl I was talking to from the midwest once told me "I would take a huge dually pickup anyday over a Ferrari". OMG!!!!! I can't BELIEVE THAT!!
BMW's are obviously more refined and better than the Harleys. All the Harley's do is go BBBBBBRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP all down the road - WHICH I might add is TOTALLY ANNOYING
