Well I happen to know that without theater the i dont think this country could have surived the great depression..Our society values movies and music as entertainment to brighten the mood of such bad times we are experiencing now and have in the past..
So without movies i think we would all be alot more depressed and things would be more violent..

It would be hard to live without movies, but i think it would be harder to live without music. anyway back to your question.
We'd just have to get along with something else, i guess.
But one good thing out of no movies....Tom Cruise wouldn't be a celebrity. LOL. I hate that guy.
