Should you give your natural nails a rest? What are the pros and cons?

actually if they are done right the first time when put on and you have them filled every two weeks they can last indefinitley and i like to take fake nails of at least after 6 months and then give a month time to rest

your nails need oxygen and you need to let them breath its ok to have a clear coat on the everyonce in a while and if you take prenatal vitims it cause your hair and nails to grow just ask your pharmisit for something over the counter that is similar

You can keep them as long as you like. Once your nails grows out completely after taking them off, they will be normal again.
