One of the best sites for locating old books is Abe's Books, which searches a number of booksellers for you. This is a link to the search for the specific book you asked about (The Black Cat, Nancy Drew). (If for some reason the link doesn't work, just run the search again -- I put in Nancy Drew as keywords, and Black Cat in Title.)

If you are looking for an original copy of a vintage book, I have had good luck with alibris.com.
