I got an email that says I won 2.5 million dollars in the British Lottery. It seems like a scam, but I still responed (just didn't mention any specifics about me)
I cant pass up money I'm a po a*s student with dreams of a 3rd gen rx7.

That's whats refered to as a 419 or advance fee scam.They'll first tell you that you must pay a fee in order to get the money.They come in many different forms from lottery to some gold baron from Nigeria(that's where the term 419 comes from).There are many different forms of this scam.Like it says on the USPostmaster general site,if it sounds too good to be true it is.Use the sites below as well as scams mailer for research

yes i have received that e-mail 7 or 8 times. dont believe it. its a scam. ihave a site that sends me e-mails every so often . it is called scambusters.com. just so happens 3 days after i was told i won this lottery, scam busters sent me an e-mail and told me not to respond to this.

no but alot of times its a scam ive heard of people calling youre telephone doing that too but dont buy into it

Please!!! Next time delete. Be careful. You could be opening a virus or hacker. Don't fall for stuff like that unless they show at your door with the proof of cash.

absolutely spam. dude, i get such mails practically everyday.
by those standards, i would've been richer than bill gates today. for sure.
