Well you need to see a doctor to find out why you sweat abnormally. Night sweats can be a sign of illness. If you take meds they can cause sweating too. Some people have an actual disease which causes the sweating but there is medication for it.
Sometimes abnormal sweating can be a sign of some other form of illness...even cancer...but then you'd have other symptoms too like fever or swollen glands or headaches, etc.
One never knows so check it out with your doctor who can guide you along in figuring out what is causing it. It could even be hormonal.

Actually sweating is good for you. Sweating not only regulates body temp it is also a way to flush toxins out of your system. I sweat profusely when I do any activity. I talked to my doc and he said that I just have good sweat glands and I drink plenty of water.
Don't worry you are fine. There are alternatives (laser treatments and botox injections) if you want it to stop. I used to work in a retail store getting stuff down and carring stuff to the front for lazy people, and I would get really sweatty. Toward the end of the day I would develop B.O. and jerkoffs would complain. Just remember that it is a natural function to sweat.
There are some cases in which people have hyperhydrosis where they are always sweating, but that is usually underarms and palms.

Sweating is good for your body. I sweat easily when exerted. In fact if the temp gets above 70 degrees I begin to get uncomfortable. What is worse is if you cant sweat you I have a friedn like this and she says some days she feels like she is cooking in her own juices. When we were growing up her hands seated constantly and after back surgery they stopped however so did a lot of the sweating on other parts of her body.

We sweat because that is how our bodies cool down and keep from getting overheated.
You probably just have an over active cooling system.
