They think you are available. You'll also get them from women neighbors who don't trust their men or sons not to stray.

I'd get a martial arts get up. The judo and karate outfits are both comfortable to wear around the house and they turn off a lot of guys. If they ask you if you go to class, just smile and say you've gone as far as you can go.

Not a bad idea to go ahead and join a class. You might make some pretty good friends.

Don't mind me saying this, sometimes single women get overly sensitive about other people's reaction and comments. I've had many old spinster colleagues who get paranoid and behave in an eccentric manner. Maybe you live in a society which condones singlehood and it's a 'taboo' to be unmarried. Perhaps, married men are looking at you and thinking why you are still unmarried, that's all.

It's time to start LOOKIN' AROUND for an available man...

because they think you are available . Just whisper to someone that you are so not available then watch the stares dissappear. believe me they will . My sister did this and she said the stares stopped almost within a day. Also get yourself a big dog and let ppl know that if anybody tried to break in your house the dog would have them for dinner. it works everytime.

Because their lives are sooo boring that they want to live vicariously through you.
