I like BareMinerals- I'm sure you've seen their TV spots. Its the LEAST irritating product I've ever used, and it's very easy to adjust your level of coverage- as its applied with a large powder brush. I have severly sensitive skin. Its the only foundation I can use. Major plus, its so gentle, you can sleep in it.

Flour doesn't work!! Ok what you need to do is you can go and find a fopundation that matches the color of your skin. You can test the colors on your hand. Just put a little dab of each kind. One at a time on your hand. If the color matches the tone of your skin you have to right kind. You can also call your local pharmasyst. And they can help you out one way or the other.

There is a product at Benefit called You're Bluffing. It worked great for me. Basically it's a yellow cover up stick that gave great coverage to my rosacea. The Bluff dust powder is great, too

It's best to reduce the redness and blotchiness first.
I recommend Anew Clinal Laser.
Also a concealer kit that has a green in it to cover the red spots.
As for the foundation, Avon has light, medium, and full coverage foundations.

Dermablend will work very well. You can get it at most major department stores. I use it for covering bruises and skin discolorations after my dermatologist visits. There is also a loose powder that can be used with to make it set.

Considering you ask for a foundation I suggest you go to a MAC counter and try any foundation in the "C" or "NC" category. You could also try applying a green color corrector (also form MAC) before your foundation.
