I'm not a Michigan, Ohio State or Notre Dame fan. But the way I see it is this: It makes no difference who the "best" team is. The worst team can beat the best at any time- that's football. The best team can have a terrible game and the worst team can have a fantastic game- and there you go, a major upset. Also, who a team did or did not beat last year has no bearing on what will happen this year. By the way, I do think Ohio State is the better team, but that doesn't mean they'll win. And on a different note- wouldn't it be sweet to see Ohio State and WVU in a national championship game? Probably never happen, but man, what a rivalry THAT would be.

For starters, the Wolverines STOMPED the Irish in their own house. For the most part, ol' Blue was playing their game and was executing perfectly. Don't forget that the sportswriters and columnists predicted overwhelmingly that Notre Dame would win that game and were very critical of Michigan's offense. Hmm...48 points against the #2 ranked team in the nation?!?!! Not bad...Also, have you been listening to the U of M players lately? They're not stupid -- they know they're going to have a TOUGH time against Wisconsin tomorrow. We have yet to hear a single Wolverine player talking about the possibility of a BCS Championship, yet you hear it every week out of the Buckeyes who still have a long tough road with Michigan at the end of it. Heck, I bet the Spartans give them a good run for the money...

I love rivalries as neither team likes to give the other any credit.
