It will not recognize my AIM software . I've tried re-installing several times both logitech and AIM . Frustrated !!! Any suggestions ?

Go to http://www.logitech.com/ click on downloads , you will see your brand in the list download the driver ..takes a little while but it will make it work like a new one .. good luck

If you have Windows XP:

Unplug the web can and Uninstall the web cam. Plug the web cam back in and you should get a popup near the clock saying "new hardware found". When it says "new hardware is installed and ready to use" it should work.
XP has drivers already built in and you do NOT use the install disk unless Windows asks for it.
This should work!
(you may want to reboot after UNinstalling the web cam)

Logitech has a website with help files. I had a major problem with my cam software. I went online and downloaded right from their website and now it works perfect.
