I'm really frustrated, I need a money cheat for NFSMW, or cheat to make the races / bounty easier????

if its on xbox then i dont think there is one but you can get i think 10,000 by having another game save

I'm not sure what level you're on but you don't need money cheats for this game. Learn to drive and learn the roads and take your time when going for bounty. My longest bounty run was 22 minutes long, got all 5 bounties and a cost to state of 500,000. Try going back and running the races again.
And for Pete's sake, save your game every time you accomplish something, and, when you get busted, HIT THE RESET BUTTON!

Keep doing the races over and over until you have enough money to upgrade your car and then proceed further into the game. Have a look at www.gamefaqs.com for guides!

havin a save on nfs2 gives an extra 10000 a the best startin car to get is the cobalt.but seriously im only 11 and ive completed it by myself but....
