If you can't make one for me, then how can I make one on the computer? I don't know how.

I can't paste it in her but what you have to do is list the values in a spread sheet program like excel. Then highlight them all then click on insert then chart. The program will then give you options as to what kind of chart and a pie chart is in there. You can also give it titles as well as name your values. Hope this helped.

You should be able to do this with MS Excel. Another word for a circle graph is pie chart. If you add up the degrees you will find that is totals 360, or a full circle of 360 degrees. Looking at it as a pie, you would have one big piece taking up well over half the circle (259) two smaller pieces (40 and 54) and a small sliver (7)

take a horizontal reference line segment
say AB
draw a circle with AB as radius and centre A
at A construct angle BAX=40*
next construct angle XAY as 54*
next construct YAZ as 259*
your circle is ready as the last angle will automatically be 7* as the point angle is always 360*
