I have a friend that has turn to liking the buckeyes instead of a blue fan. He says that the michigan fans are rude and bad drivers and that is a reason to like those buckeyes.

True fans don't turn their back on their team.
I have been raised a Notre Dame fan and have stayed that way, thru good, bad and last week's ugly.
It sounds like he listed a couple of really stupid reasons why he jumped ship.
Maybe he should keep his candy a@@ up in Michigan.
Not only am I a ND fan, I also cheer for the Buckeyes.
No team wants a fan because he cracks on, disses or takes cheap shots at "his team", even if it is a fan of a much rivaled team.

Stupid reason to abandon the Blue and cross over to the dark side. Your friend is an idiot. Are you sure that's the real reason? Maybe it has something to do with the fact that the Buckeyes are ranked #1 right now and he's really just a fair-weather fan...P.S.: Never met a rude Wolverines fan, but have crossed paths with several Buckeyes fans who were without a doubt the absolute biggest @$$holes I have ever seen...

i'm a Michigan fan to boot as an OSU fan because of the fact my mom is a Michigan fan and my dad is an OSU fan and that i like the two colleges to loss of existence and thier respected soccer classes and that i think of Michigan will in all probability in user-friendly terms win 2 greater video games this 365 days, against N'Western and Minnesota. OSU will in all probability unmercifully rape Michigan this 365 days on the Horseshoe and Ohio State will greater suitable than possibly finally end up interior the Rose Bowl against Oregon and attack them. The Michigan OSU rivalry gets greater ecxiting in a pair years yet I doubt Michigan will win, in simple terms compete with OSU. And Terrele Pryor I guess will win the Heisman in 2 years.

First of all, i am a buckeye, 100% buckeye. i dont like the wolverines at all and i love that rivalry we have with them. with that said, a lot of buckeye fans are very rude and even violent. my uncle lives just past the boarder and he came to visit one day and a buckeye fan tried to run him off the road just becasue of his michigan plates. he had no wolverine stuff on his car just his plates. my point is, we have die hard fans but if he thinks michigan fans are rude and thats why hes switching, he doesnt know what the heck hes talking about

i didnt see the other guys post before i posted, but i agree completely with him. i love the bucks but we are a bunch of jerks. but also, coach tressel has started a thing. i heard it on tv this morning. where he is trying to get our fans to shape up. he said something like... we have the best fans in the country, now they have to act like it or something...dont quote me on it, but he wants somethign to clean up the act

NO WAY WAS HE EVER A TRUE MICHIGAN FAN....AND I DON'T WANT HIM AS A BUCKEYE FAN, EITHER. I WAS BORN IN OHIO AND AM A BUCKEYE FAN, BUT MOVED AWAY WHEN I WAS 8. I NOW LIVE IN NC, AND HAVE ALSO BECOME A NC STATE FAN. I WENT TO COLUMBUS THREE YEARS AGO AND WATCHED THE WOLFPACK PLAY THE BUCKEYES. I WENT IN PULLING FOR THE PACK AND EVERYONE WHO TAILGATED AROUND ME KNEW IT. THE FANS AROUND ME WERE TERRIFIC TO TAILGATE WITH. BUCKEYE FANS OFFERED US FOOD, SATELLITE TV, AND GOT US INVOLVED IN A LITTLE FOOTBALL GAME. I THINK EVERY TEAM HAS BAD FANS, BUT AS A WHOLE, MOST SCHOOLS HAVE DECENT FANS.

What is he, like 10? "Real" fans don't switch teams. No matter what. I have been a WVU and Pittsburgh Steeler fan for 25 years- through thick and thin, bad and good. And there has definitely been a lot of bad years mixed in there. Besides, you don't like or dislike a team based on the fans, you do it based on the team. It's called loyalty.
