When I was in High School, and even in college, it seemed like I would never be done and the years seemed to go on forever....now I am almost 30 and have a 3 year old and I wish I could make time go slower. Between taking care of a child, working, taking care of a house, making time for friends and family, and taking care of 2 dogs...at the end of everyday I wish I had another 10 hours or so.

It sure seems that way, doesn't it? I think that with age, we develop a better understanding of time, and it also becomes more hooked into our income, education, and ability to get by in life. There's more stuff to do in the same amount of time - no wonder we feel robbed! We get increasingly bogged down with things and overloaded with responsibilities that take more time to accomplish than we actually have! I've been lobbying for an eighth day for a while now (no luck - yet...)

i think of that there have been some motives placed forward as to why this may well be, and that's in all probability a mix of all of them in case you inquire from me. 2 recommendations i like go alongside those lines: one million. curiously, in case you ask human beings of distinctive a while to estimate a minute with the aid of counting of their heads, young ones tend to offer up wanting a minute, and older human beings overestimate. perhaps we've some variety of inner clock that runs at distinctive expenses reckoning on our age? 2. once you're youthful, each journey is new. once you're older, stories tend to be repetitious. the 1st time you journey something, you dedicate it to reminiscence, consequently you have an superior concentration of strategies from adolescents than you do once you're older. (as quickly as your reminiscence has developed precise that's).

Yes I do. It's because time flies when you're working or have other priorities. As a kid you're mostly carefree and having fun.
