Love is more important than material things. If she needs things to make her happy she won't ever be happy.

Sometimes you have to make yourself choose a lesser job than what you are looking for until you can get a better one. Go to a temp agency or something. Get some sort of job. You not only want her love, but her respect. That means a lot. I don't know if you are ill and can't work, or what the situation is, and it is not my place to judge. I only know from personal experience that even the best love will wither where there are financial problems. It causes more fights and breakups than you can imagine. She will begin to resent you later on if it continues. If it is a temporary thing and she knows it, just talk to her. Send her emails, leave her notes, have meaningful conversations with her, but dont' go overboard, she will gag on it.. Women like men who are strong, but yet gentle at the same time.. women don't like men they can walk on.. It is just a woman's nature.. Why do you think that so many women choose the bad boys,, the ones they can't have or can't tame... but you can have the best of both worlds if you play your cards right, and treat her right... know when to be strong, know when to be gentle.... Hope you have a great life with this lady.

She should be understanding that you dont have a job, besides i think you by you loving her should come above all the material things. Just keep reminding her how much you love her daily. Send her a text message on her cell phone, write her a poem, leave her notes on her car... nice stuff like that makes up women melt, not just all the material things money can buy.
