yes...there is one stop sign in my hometown that i run every chance i get...it is a form of protest...in my opinion the sign is facing the wrong way...it is stupid and i refuse to heed it...i DO make sure that i am not going to hit anything before i run it.

Yes.
But it was the middle of the night and I had my headlights out.
All good.
And yes, I am serious.
They had a stop sign out on this road by our farm and nobody ever travelled there much.
So at night would shut out lights while approaching (that way you could see if there were other lights coming better) and then proceed through at high rate of speed.
Sometimes you'd meet someone but rarely.
Obviously would stop then.
Also I was only 16 at the time and young and dumb.
I wouldn't do it now.
Cause what if someone else was doing the same thing?

Yes... but don't make a habit out of it. I've only done it a couple of times... once was an emergency and the other time was very early morning with absolutely no traffic.... I think the light was stuck.

In St. Louis where there was a lot of four-way stop intersections. He would only slow down briefly. He said. S.T.O.P. stood for:
S_light T_ap O_n P_edal".

Yeah..almost everyday..there is a stop sign at the end of my road that is pointless..so I just run it.

yea, one time i saw a stop sign right next to a tree. (with the branches blocking the stop sign)

No, I can see them. But I accidentally ran a red light (they are up higher) and crashed my car. Fortunately the other driver was fine and my daughter was fine and I am still alive and have no permanent damage.

no, but I never really completely stop unless there is a car that is already in the intersection or infront of me that is fully stopped
