I don't know any home remedies, but you can try crest whitestrips, you use them for 5-7 days, depending on which you use and they work wonders.

I use Plus White 5 minute speed whitening gel. You can get it at wal-mart or local drug store for about $5.00. Everyone compliments me on how white and pretty my teeth are and I too drink soda, coffee and tea. I go for regular dental check ups as well and my dentist always compliments me on how white they are and I took this product in to make sure it was ok for my teeth and he said it was fine and couldn't believe how well it worked for me. It takes about a week to notice a "big" difference and once you get them to the shade you like then about twice a week is enough to maintain them. I don't buy the mouthtray you can get I just apply it to my teeth with a q-tip and wait about 5 mins and then rinse off.

Baking Soda.

Do not use any of the whitening from Crest or Colgate, it is so bad for your teeth enamal. If people use those products they will get sensitive teeth, and also cronic problems with cavaties and bad breath. Just brush with total, or complete tooth paste. But if you want to whiten your teeth, use baking soda.

Good question, I am the exact same way, all I drink are sodas and coffee (that's it) and my teeth look bad. Sorry, I don't have an answer for you, I was just responding so I can look at this question in my profile to get ideas. Thanks!
