I was at our county fair last night when my daughter and I were sitting down just as an older couple walked by and she had dropped her cigarette case I picked it up and told her she just dropped it. Her and her husband was SO happy I was honest because she had $900.00 in it (why anyone would carry that much money with them to a fair is beyond me) they were so glad she wanted to give me $50.00 and I had to turn it donw I was just being nice, but she wanted to do something so I let her buy my daughter some cotton candy.

As a Firefighter/EMT

I helped save someone's life yesterday. Does that count?

my girlfriends father died in 2002
the family(brothers and sisters) were all supposed to pitch in and buy a memorial for his grave.that has been 5 years now.
i did a remodel job for a memorial company here in town.instead of getting paid my $2800 i chose to take a memorial (for her father)instead.
how many people would do something like this for someone?
i am sure that the couple really was happy and apprecite you for what u did.makes u a good person.
hopefully i will be looked at the same way the couple looks at you.
oh bye the way,my girlfriend still does not know about my arrangement with the memorial.it is a surprise for her and her father.

Help homeless people when i know they really needs it. And what you did is a blessing back greater for you.By you turning down the $50,you will receive more than that for being honest on that situation. Have a bless day

The nicest "little" thing I have done lately would be taking candy to my son's daycare class for him to pass out. It sounds small but the kids adore things like that.
The nicest thing I have done that was nothing to me but probably meant a lot to someone was last year. I cut 13 inches off my hair to donate to Locks of Love. I did it in memory of my uncle who died from pancreatic cancer & in honor of his wife who is a breast cancer survivor.

Oh my where do I start. Let me see... yesterday I fed my free-loading a** brother, I listen to my son's father go on and on about his ex talking about all the stupid stunts she pull and she's 800 miles away from us and I'm in love with him but I listen to this s***, I let my little brother take my car back to school with him even though I need it sometimes, I bite my tongue when my mother is nagging me to keep from saying something I MIGHT regret one day. I babysit my brother's son, should I go on????

i try to do at least one good day every day. it's just nice to see someone smile just by holding a door open for them or something. just two day's ago i helped a young mother off the bus with all her shopping bags and pram. she was very happy for the help.
well done captain moe, i have nothing but admiration for firefighters.
