Never..and when I had my dog I would never trust her if she was barking around other people. I kept her on a short leash or outside when people were around she didn't know and would be wary of. Can NEVER be too careful.
Steeler Joey Porter's two dogs just attacked their neighbors miniture pony...and killed it...crazy! Attached another dog before too..and he still insists they are gentle dogs...huh?

Nope. The last person to tell me that about their dog, even tho the dog wasn't barking, took a nice big old bite out of my hand. I will never believe that ever again. I think I was 7-8 years old at the time. I am now 20, and still have a huge fear of dogs from too many bad experiences with them as a child.

Depends on the dog. Have a friend who's dog always barks at me, but have never seen him bite anyone (will gently take food from your hand). It's a running joke when we argue.... "go bite 'im Buddy!!"

No because any dog can bite. Heck, I have what I think is a very nice dog, not aggressive towards us, but here lately if anyone comes to our door she attacks the door trying to get to them. She even tried to get out the car window at mcdonalds one day trying to get the man cleaning the parking lot. I have a basset hound, they aren't supposed to be aggressive dogs, what a lie.

depends on how it's barking,, my dog barks like she's gonna kill you,, but won't hurt you,, my other one does really bark alot and will bite you if she doesn't like you.
Most dogs are what their owners say,, but it depends on the person too,, dogs can sense things.

when people say "my dog won't bite" they really mean "my dog won't bite me" no matter how well a person knows there dog you cannot say they will not bite, dogs have very good sense when it comes to people, if they sense fear or feel intimidated they will bite!

They try to get me to believe that when their dog is drooling at the mouth, not necessarily with rabies, just a drool coming out of their mouth. They look hungry to me.

no, because ask Peter Sellers when he played in one of those Pink Panther movies and asked that question. The dog bit him and he responded. "I thought you said your dog don't bite" the other person replied and stated "that's not my dog".
