It must be right. It works for George W. Bush and he's the most powerful man in the world. Isn't he? It works for him, doesn't it? Why else would he have John Bolton in the U.N.? If it's good enough for The Decider, it should be good enough for you.

It is a horrible management strategy - but I have had more than one boss work like that.

It's a distraction technique so somebody else will deal with or be responsible for the "problem"...lousy stategy...
