Call your phone company. Some companies actually offer a service where private name and numbers will get transfered to a message that says you do not accept these numbers and they need to identify themselves or end the call. Not all of them have it though, so you need to ask.

the name and number are blocked by caller, you can put a block on those calls call your telephone company or look in phone book along with directions for 3 way calling call trace etc it will tell you what to do or just don't answer !!

DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCAL PHONE COMPANY YOU CAN GET WHAT'S CALLED PRIVACY MANGER THROUGH SBC PHONE COMPANY THAT'S WHAT I HAVE IT COST LIKE 5 OR 6 DOLLARS A MONTH BUT IT'S WORTH IT . HOW IT WORKS IS WHEN SOMEONE CALL YOU THEY HAVE TO SAY THEIR NAME AND YOUR PHONE RINGS AND TELLS YOU WHO THEY ARE AND IF YOU DON'T WANT TO TALK PUSH ONE OF THE OPTIONS ON THE RECORDED MESSAGE IT'S A LIFE SAVER FOR ME.
