Heaven is a state of mind.
Therefor it differs highly from person to person.
People who believe in heaven will probably have a flash of what they imagine heaven to be like before they die, that's all there is to it. Nothing material, nothing universally accepted.
It's about one's inner peace and beliefs.
So if you choose to believe in Jesus, believe in him your own way, there is no one to tell you how and what he's like and so on, because people don't think alike and don't have the same imagination, do not share the same interests or religion, do not live the same lives.
We even perceive colours differently.
So your question is not one to ask others but is one to ask yourself. You'll eventually find the satisfying answer deep within you.
Peace!

No, Jesus in not in heaven in the flesh. That was His human form while He was here on earth. When He arose, He went back to heaven in a glorified body. Heaven does not need nor have a sewer system. We will not have our earthly forms or functions there. Our main purpose will be to praise God.
As for Jesus having an earthly body: It was the way that God could relate to humans.

OK, let me tell you a little about heaven. It's officially called "The Democratic Republic of Heaven". It has a Parliament, mostly left wing. The sewage system is pretty efficient, all the crap just goes down to earth, so they don't pollute their rivers. Yes, people do eat in heaven, of course, and they shi t just like we do... People don't grow old though, they just appear like they died, so you have a pretty old population, since most people die old. You do have a few toddlers running around though, since unfortunately some babies die very small... You also have killer girls in bikini (most of them were eaten by sharks or died drowned), and naked girls as well (they died having sex because they had an early heart condition). Oh, and Jesus is the prime minister on the parliament, of course.

Why the does the Easter Bunny leave eggs? Why do faeries buy teeth? How does Santa get his fat butt down those little chimnies? Is Superman stronger than the Hulk? Who'd win in a fight between Batman and Captain America? How do conservatives show their compassion?
IT'S ALL MAKE BELIEVE SO WHY ASK?
