I am a size B trying to find "falsies" to boost my...umm...assets...to a larger size to help fill out my wedding dress. When buying them and they say size A, B, C, etc., do they mean that's the size you should buy for your current size or the size you are trying to boost too?? No smart alec answers please, this is a serious question.

Most of them should say something like "Adds 1 full cup size" or something. A decent one to go from B to C should be a pointed oval a bit larger than the palm of your hand. The silicone ones are better than the stuffed ones, they'll move more naturally.

Check your gown; mine had built-in pockets for enhancer pads.
Good thing, too, because that was the only place my gown didn't quite fit other than the hem.

If you are going to a lingere shop, most will have a sample that you can try. All falsies are made differently and what looks natural for one person might look like a bad surgery job for someone else. Your best bet is to try a shop that specializes in womens undergarments.
