Yes... I can remember having crushes all the way back to 3rd grade, but the first time it was alot more than a crush was when I was 13...

No. You're mistaking an attraction for love. There are a lot of factors involved when it comes to love. It's something that usually is experienced by adults who also have to take into consideration their work, their living conditions and financial situation. Although granted that doesn't seem to even matter for adults nowadays.
Iit's like this. You may enjoy someone's company a lot. If you're sexually active (and responsible when it comes to that I hope!) that's all well and fine. You have to decide how your guy will fit into the grand scheme of things. If we live together will our incomes be enough to keep us content, fed and a roof over our heads? Can we make this work? Do we want kids right away or shall we wait (Wait...you'll be glad you did). Lastly...is this the person I want to spend the rest of my life (assumably) with?
You have to really get to know the other person. Going to school together doesn't give you the complete picture of the other person. Are you treated with respect? Are you abused (verbally) on occasion? Are you ignored for the most part unless someone wants a little? Then it's all lovey-dovey until afterwards and then he/she disappears until the next time?
So I would again say "no". You're very young. Don't be in any rush. All these females who think if they don't grab this one they may never get Mr. Right. There is no such thing as a Mr. Right at 16. Wait. get college out of the way (you are going to college I hope). As you hit 21 and a year or so after that you'll see exactly what I mean. You're attitude and outlook on life will mature. it hasn't yet but it will.
Of course...do something stupid like get knocked up at 16 and have a kid and you'll regret it for the rest of your life. You and the kid's life will be ruined. Believe me...I do not joke about this.
You'll also find that what you thought was love...wasn't.
But...advice is free. Take it or leave it. Just know that one...you can't undo some things in life and two...the age of 16 will be gone before you know it. The older you get the faster time moves. The weeks may drag but the years are gone before you know it.

Some can.. some can't.... I see Young relationships a 16.. ppl saying How much they love one another. then 2 days later their running there mouth.. and have someone new.. saying i love you.. to the,,,.. goes on and on...
I think its possible.. but not as likely to happen. You dont really know what true love is until youve matured.

Does anybody really know what love is? Sure you can be in love at 16. Maybe somewhere down the line you'll find a deeper love, but its all really about the lust that counts.

If you want the truth the answer is no. You are to young to know what love is. I meet boyfriend when i was 16 and even though we are still together and our son just turned one. I wish that I would have waited before I settled down and thought I was in love. No your not in love, your in lust.

i say yes, because i am myself in love and nothing but 16. i mean you can;t help you love or fall in love with. love is a beautiful thing but it is also a very dangerous thing when you are dealing with people's feeligns and hearts. so i say you can be in love at 16 but be careful of what you say or do to this person if it's not love like because karma will come back around.

my dear u are too young to go for a relationship. u should get to know more friends, guys and gals, learn more about ppl and personality so that when u are 20, ready for at least a boyfriend, u will better make a wise choice. meanwhile set your life priorites in place ok. best wishes.,

you may think that you are in love, but that feeling will pass, when I was younger I dated a 17 year old and she was in love with me, when she turned 19 her feelings changed and we decided to brake up

Yes it's possible, but more likely it's infatuation/crush/obsession. Love takes time and maturity.
