the toolbar is loaded on your web browser
if you installed it for Internet Explorer then it'll be displayed when u launch IE... just right click on the main toolbars area and select the Yahoo Toolbar if it doesnt come up..

In an internet explorers window click on VIEW then TOOLBARS and make sure there is a check beside toolbars. This should make it appear.

is this simply by fact abode windows 7 would not have outlook exhibit put in by default, so no evaluate clicking on those digital mail links in destiny. locate the address and paste it into your internet mail.
