My dad and stepmom divorced, the brother in question is actually my stepbrother but I always have thought of him as my brother. My stepmom dropped him off with her parents in GA and then disappeared. I don't know her parents' last names. I cannot ask my family as they have such a grudge against my stepmom that they don't even want me to contact my brother. He would be 15 or 16 now but I can't find him by email or telephone search. I doubt his grandparents allow him to have a phone. I also don't know what city they are in. Without knowing their names, having only his, how can I find him?

For those who insist I should talk to my family: I literally cannot. They are divided into two categories: the ones who will pretend I didn't even ask, outright refuse to discuss it, and the ones who will start lecturing on how he isn't really my brother anyway and how it will only be a bad thing if I get in contact with him and his grandparents, and I will end up estranged from even more family members.

And ussearch.com says that the age must be greater than 17. My brother wouldn't be more than 16 now.
