Fear of what, who, where and when?
Quickest way is to get rid of fear is hate. Most Men use it. In another word you just destroy what you hate or grow angry enough till when the fear occurs you focus on the anger.It's also the most dangers way of getting rid of what you fear. Fear lead to anger which lead to hate.
Love is another way is another way of get rid of fear. It take longer which means you have to embrace what you fear and when time passes you get use to it. Most woman go for that.

1) Face them - Courage is not the absence of fear, but living in spite of them
2) Get out of thinking about them by doing something positive- volunteering to help the less fortunate, calling a friend, leaving the house
3) Commit to get help if the fears get so big that run your life

Turn it all over to God. Once you realize that God is in control of everything and your heart belongs to Him, all of the FEAR goes away, it is forced out of your life. How can there be fear on God's team? He's the One who can fix you when broken. So seek the Truth, turn it all over to Christ and receive the peace that flows over and through you, in Him.
