Try Biore deep cleansing pore strips. They easy to use and they work. Although it hurts like crap. You can find them at any drugstore.

Andrea, there are several products by Neutrogena and one by Biore that work very well. I would suggest purchasing them at Walmart, as they are much more expensive at drug stores and grocery stores. Also Target is higher than Walmart.

Look first for the brand "Biore Pore Strips" or the brand "Neutrogena Pore Strips". I believe they come in a jar. Just look for the strips that pull out blackheads. If you have a lot of blackheads on your nose, these work really well for that area. Just follow the directions for length of time and placement, then yank off the pore strip and most will come off with the strip. The first time you use this product, use one and yank it off, then get another out and place it in a different area, take it off, and so on until quite a few have been removed.

You also need to use a daily cleanser/mask to rid the bacteria which causes breakouts and blackheads. Get this product which is by Neutrogena called "Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask". It's in a white tube with orange, blue, and black writing. It can be used either as a cleanser or a mask. I would suggest first cleansing your skin with it anywhere you have acne or blackheads. After cleansing really well dry your face, then apply a smooth layer of the same Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask over your entire face and anywhere else you have acne or blackheads. Then leave it on for at least 5 minutes. You will feel it cooling your skin as it penetrates down into the pores. I usually leave mine on for over 5 minutes, but it depends if you have sensitive skin whether you should try it longer.

Now after doing all this cleaning, you need a 3rd product to close those pores up so that bacteria can't get back in. This is what causes breakouts and bacteria is leaving our pores open. After we take hot showers or wash our face with warm or hot water, the pores open and leaving them that way gets dirt and oils into the pores during the day and night. So look in the Neutrogena products for a "Daily Pore Toner". I'm not sure if Neutrogena has that exact product, it may be just called "Toner" or "Daily Toner". If you don't find a toner in Neutrogena products, then look for the brand "Clean & Clear Daily Pore Toner". I know they have that product. Pour some of the toner onto a cotton ball and apply a thin layer over the entire face but avoid the eye area. Use this toner two to three times a day. The toner will make your pores smaller and keep the dirt and bacteria out.

Use each of the products daily and you will notice a considerable different within a week. I hope this information helps you. Take care!

The best thing to do is to get some St. Ives Apricot Scrub for Blemish and Blackhead Control. It is oil free and has salicylic acid. You can get it at any Wal-Mart or most drug stores. I have been using it for 8 years and I never have any problems with blackheads. But, the mistake that most people make when using these kinds of scrubs and cleansers is making it a chore. If you just use a little to scrub your face with everytime you take a shower instead of using soap it will really work. Inevitably though you will still get the occasional pimple. When this happens rub a little bit of toothpaste (yes I said toothpaste) on the affected area before you go to bed and wash it away in the morning before going to work/school. Be sure to use the paste kind though and not the gel kind. I really hope this helps you out, Good Luck.

Where are they? On the face, I use a hot washcloth, as hot as you can take without burning, hold it over the area, repeat about 2 to 5 times and then gently press on opposite sides, it should pop right out. Get some of those medicated pads to wash your face with.

Be glad you did have them back when I was a kid (60"s) you didn't have all these great cleaners and such for acne and blackheads.

First, take a face cloth and heat it with warm water. Wring out excess water and apply to face. This opens up the pores. Then use an exfoliating antibacterial cleanser like Avon's Clearskin Blackhead Clearing Cleanser ($2.99 this Brochure. reg. $4.99).
Then use a mask. Shows impurities you really mean business :)
Follow with a toner Try the PURIFYING ASTRINGENT BLACKHEAD CLEARING FORMULA Also on sale for 2.99.
Toners close the pores you opened to clean them out.
Follow with a moisturizer with sunblock.
Adults should use Avon's True Porefection Line.

Im agree with jeesbus.....fingers, a little bit of patience and a piece of napkin will make take out those ...things.

other way...is put some water in a pot them boil it,. and with the steam VERY CAREFULLY put your face (if its the case) hold by a few minutes and the fingers get to scene to squeeze them all, all of them!!!

do not overexpose yourself to the steam, please...

and this takes time every day or the time you need, cuz always there is gonna be impurities crushed on your skin....is not possible to keep it clean all life long....

kindest regards

First Id squeeze the bad ones. Get them out of there. Then find a cleanser at the store that has the scrubbing beads in it. Use a rag on your face from time to time and scrub them out of there. Morning and night!

RETIN-A, period. Use as directed. More is not better and will peel your face off. Start off every other night and see how you do. You will get redness/peeling at first, so moisturize in the AM and use non-comedgenic sunblock. It is what is prescribed for large pores and to clear blackheads. It WORKS. Best of luck!

If you don't mind spending money, go to your nearest facial store and get a facial done. They will remove the black heads and other imperfections on your face. After the facial, you will look better than before.
