LOL
Of course there are women who play this role
and of course there are women who are the opposite
and there are men who play this role
or enjoy the role the women play for them
Generalizing is of course not very smart but it sells. Provocation does too.
And whoever wrote the Daily Mail (I haven't seen it) perhaps asked around in a specific group which confirmed his suspicion.
hmmmm.
Although I must say there are obvious genetic differences between men and women (just the bodies alone) - so why not the brains and behaviors.
And - when I lived with a man who left really all control and the role of the "strong" to me I honestly did not like it a lot. I find it more sexy when the man is the "strong" in a relationship.
hehe...with me being "stronger" than many men it was not easy to find the right man. I got superman now.
so far my thoughts for today....looking forward to being back in the strong arms of my superman when he comes home tonite.

I think if women really became equals to men, we wouldn't know what to do with ourselves. I know lots of women who wouldn't be able to run their lives without their husbands and I also know lots of women who would rather stay at home looking after kids than go out to work everyday. We're supposed to want to be equals because that seems like the right and just thing to want, but deep down I think lots of women are happy as they are being looked after and cared for by a man. Just my opinion, anyway I bet the article was written by a man!

hhhmmmmm yeah understand your point here, but really I suppose its all down to individual choice. BUT when I read articles that suggest such things as you have put I GET FLIPPIN MAD, who has the right to say that sort of thing, surely its against discrimination laws ? Sorry I didn't mean YOU I meant the writer of the article

Behind every successful man is an equally successful woman stay at home one or out to work one. Of course we like to play it down if we did not from time to time how an earth would they get where they are or what they are. lol
