French Guiana (French: Guyane française, officially Guyane) is an overseas département (département d'outre-mer, or DOM) of France, located on the northern coast of South America. Like the other DOMs, French Guiana is also a région (région d'outre-mer) of France. As a part of France, French Guiana is in the European Union, and its currency is the euro [1].
French Guiana is the smallest political entity on the South American mainland (Suriname is the smallest independent South American country). It borders the Atlantic Ocean to the north, Brazil to the east and south, and Suriname to the west. (Part of the border with Suriname is disputed.)

I would not be so sure about roman catholic religion... French Republic has no official religion (laicism).
Since there is 2000 to 5000 Amerindians (galibis, arawaks, palikours, émerillons, wayanpis & wayanas), 118 000 "Noirs marrons" (descending from escaped slaves), 30 000 "Metropolitans", 4 000 to 5 000 Chinese, 1 500 to 2 500 Hmongs (from Laos), 2 000 Syro-Libanese and about 50 000 immigrants (Surinam, Haïti, Brazil, Europe, Dominican Republic, ...), it's unlikely to find a majority of Roman Catholics.
I suppose it would be safer to say that you can find "tribal religions", christianism and asian religions.

Any French colony will be mostly Roman Catholic.
The CIA Fact Book is a good resource for these kinds of questions. A link can be found below.
