Nope. If you are under a contractual agreement with your company that you will not disclose information you might be sued by them.

No but the same rules that apply to message boards apply here... If you use a public forum to pass erroneous information about a stock or other investment for the purpose of profiting from the reaction of others to the erroneous news, you can be charged by the SEC...

If you are outright breaking laws, then possibly. But if you are just answering questions to the best of your ability based on your life experiences, then no. We all know (or should know) to take these answers as for what they are - opinions of strangers.

Certainly if you deliberately provide misleading information that potentially could be dangerous if anyone who reads it were to try to follow it.

when someone asks a question and someone answers it, they are not liable for the answer. one answers with their opinion, you can not sue a opinion, unless some claims to be a doctor and a expert............
