Or if you don't want to drill in the wall, go to any of the Marts and in the tool section. They make a plastic anchor that you can push into the hole then screw in the screw. It'll anchor it without the drilling.
They also come in different sizes and if you don't know what size you need, take one of the screws with you and get some one to help you out.

Tighten the set screws. Located underside of wall mount. Good luck

removve the bar.

Remove the scrw,

insert Empty Wall Screws, which will clamp down on the wall and be tight.

take them off the wall and drill in a molly bolt behind them--this will stabilize the screw
