I'm 17 and a half and I surprisingly gained a about inch over the summer (it was funny not seeing eye to eye with people that were the same height as me). I hope to reach 6 feet if im not already there (dont have anything to measure against). So just wondering when is the normal time for men to stop experiencing growth spurts?

It depends on the person...but I know some men that have grown much taller AFTER high school. Look at how tall your parents and relatives are....that is a pretty good idea of how tall you may be.
