She's got to have someone do it surely... she's to posh to do anything common, like cut her own nails! Pedicures and manicures by professionals all the way for the queen!

since she probably had someone doing it for her when she was growing up, she probably still does. Unless she is personally annoyed by the way others do it lol. But she probably gets the full treatment manicure on a regular basis, not just using a nail clipper or something :)

I don't think the lady even defecates, let alone allows her nails to grow.

I have never thought about it but I'm guessing she has her royal Chinese nail servant do it (since they are the best at it)

she might have a personal beautician and care taker for her to just make her look as she is....and probably they do all her personal works.
