Isn't your temp supposed to drop again when your period starts? In the past I've always been around 97.2 after O and then it would drop to 96.9 for AF. This month AF came but temp stayed at 97.5. I'm confused, I guess it may be implantaion bleeding but its more than just spotting.

If your period is much lighter than normal, and your temp is still above the coverline, it is entirely possible you are pregnant. Take a home pregnancy test. If it comes back negative, try again in a couple of days. If it still comes back negative, and your temps are still high, you should have a blood test done by your doctor.

To me it sounds lilke you could be pregnant now, or just had a stronger ovulation. Which could mean you dropped more than one egg. so, that would make your progesterone level be higher. Then, that would cause a greater temp. I would take a pregnancy test. Is your temp still 97.5? I hope you are pregnant. good luck!!!
