Well, Turkey Pizza Baby, or should I call you Ms. Baby? Oprah for president? Why, just because she is popular and has a great promo team? The easy answer is "no" because she is a personality and is not qualified to lead a country facing nuclear threats from around the world. I know, Oprah could get the nutcase leaders of the nations that want us all dead and say, "Oh come on, fellas, Oprah don't want no nuclear stuff wiping out humanity. Come on, what say Oprah give you all a new Cadillac or maybe even one of those states in the midwest that don't have sophistication like Oprah do? Huh? Hey, where did they go?"
Oprah didn't do anything for the people hit by Katrina. She took her show down there and the money and stuff given came from the sponsors, not Oprah. Sure, she does have a foundation that helped but not much when you know millions of Americans gave a ton of money as did the the Federal government and it continues. When Oprah gave each studio member a new car? The cars were donated by the auto manufacturer. Didn't cost Oprah.
I know you are just a kid and Oprah for Pres. sounds good but we live in the real world and I think teens ought to be told the gritty truth so they won't be shocked out of their jeans when they turn 18 and Oprah is not there for them. But, it is a nice question and I am glad you asked it. Cheers.

I think Oprah would be a good president. She would know what things need to be done to make the country better and I'm sure she could make the lives of millions of people better. Of course, she would have to have some help with things like nuclear weapons negotiating and most of the international stuff. But she could greatly improve the domestic situation.

Sorry you just stated the lies of the governor of LA and the mayor. The mayor did NOTHING to help his people during the hurricane when he was told to evacuate the city. The governor did nothing when she was told to tell the people to leave the area and when the Red Cross wanted to help the city both the mayor and governor told them to STAY OUT! This information was on the " bias news medias" and yet you say, falsely, that the president did nothing. He made this area a disaster area before Katrina hit so that the two responsible for their areas could evacuate the people in a timely fashion without any major loss of life. They did nothing and I mean nothing to help the people of the city or the state!

Not sure, Oprah is a great figure and all we need more than warm feelings and words. Whomever leads our country has to be someone to World looks upon with respect as well, and not just some popular celebrity

You have got to be kidding me. What makes anyone think she is qualified for President let alone Talk Show host.
If she is interested, she should start working her way up the ranks - perhaps a run for Congress. I'd never vote for her in that position, but at least she can learn something.

I'd probably vote for her. But the problem is she is too smart to want to run.
MY STARS! Look what having that job does to individuals. Take a look at any of our US Presidents.....look at pictures of them when they first take office....they look young and spry and happy and excited. Then take a look at pictures of them after a few years in office, and partcularly if they serve two terms....they look at least 20 years older, the smile has faded into a determined grimace, their sense of humor is gone and they just look exhausted and downtrodden. Why on earth, anybody in their right mind would want the job is totally beyond me.

Just because she may be good on television does not mean that she is able to run the government well. After all, we need to elect someone capable of running the government, not someone who is eye candy.
