I'm guessing you meant Tylenol and Motrin.

Tylenol is acetominophin and is used strictly as a pain releiver. Motrin is Ibuprofen and has anti-inflammatory properties so its good for muscle and joint pain, and inflammation like pms symptoms.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a pain reliever, fever reducer that is gentle on your stomach.

Motrin (ibuprophen) is a NSAID (non-steroid anti-inflammatory medicine that also relieves pain and fever, but also reduces inflammation (swelling). It can be rough on your stomach so it is better taken with food.
