It depends who you are talking about.
Some boys are nicer than some girls and vice versa.
Some boys are funnier then some girls and vice versa.
Some boys are better looking than some girls and vice versa.
There is no definitive answer to this question because everyone is different.

According to my own rating, boys - 55% and girls - 45%. This depend on the up-bringing of both sex. I knew some ladies (girls), what they have achieved and acquired (sincerely - not messing around with men) NOT all men can measure up with them. Therefore some boys are actually better than few girls over there.
