quit talking to him. Dont ever talk to him. Dont give him control over hurting you. No contact. Just tell him you dont want any contact at all with him. Be firm and if he still contacts you... tell him again to leave you alone. Keep doing it until he quits contacting you. Good luck

do not take his calls, change the phone number if it's possible and stay away from him. take distance. Do not go to the places where he used to go , choose another places...and if it doesnt help, take holidays and go away for a while and , Make it clear for him : you do not want to see him nor hear him. Be strong

get a restraing order then maybe he will get the hint. im so sorry for you it must be hard on you , believe me its along road ahead of you but it does get easier, trust me,and hold your head up high and stick to it!! good luck!

You dont..... he led to it, by over stepping his obstacles one too many situations, and likewise tried to push you down a flight of stairs.... pass on with your guy, and forget approximately it....
