You shouldn't test right after having sex. There may be a possibility that you aren't pregnant and pregnancy tests can be expensive. First you should see if you have any pregnancy symptoms then you should wait to see if your period comes. If it does come, then most likely you're not pregnant. If it doesn't come then definitely take a test right away.

You should wait until your period is late. However you can get tests now as soon as a week after.

The earliest is 10 days after fertilization (fertilization takes a couple days) so 12. Or I would just wait (to be accurate) till my expected period day.

Two weeks to be more certain your reading is accurate. Some people can test positive sooner, some will get a false negative.

10 days after conception. But keep in mind that sperm can live up to 48 hours so you could have sex and your conception date could be 2 days later.
