It means you should pluck up the courage to go talk to her in a nice manner and offer to help her out with whatever she seems to be having trouble with at the time.

maybe she is in your subconscious mind that when your awake, you daydream and when your asleep you dream. it means that youre always thinking of her or the other way around. you want to help her? or maybe she needs help?
